As a Christian leader the pressures and opportunities around you are enormous. You live at a pivotal time in history. In the United States, the Church is at a crossroads. Clearly, the Church is an institution out of step with our culture. As the pace of American society’s retreat from Christianity accelerates, the need for courageous, godly, Christian leaders is immense.

Now is not the time to shrink from the challenge to lead, and to lead well.
Now is not the time to back into the corners of one’s life, questioning whether you are “enough” for what your life seems to demand of you. Of course you are not enough! And, Christ-in-you is the hope of glory not just for you, but for the world. Your world. If you are in Christ, God has already given you all you need for life and godliness. [2 Peter 1:3]

My delight is to champion pastors and Christian leaders to live life “all in”.
Imagine… you are sitting at the poker table of your life. Where are your chips? In neat stacks in front of you? Stuffed in your pockets?
Or, are all your chips out there in a mountain in the middle of the table… at stake… at risk… and in play?
What would it mean for you to again live your life “all-in”?
How would those you love be impacted?
Encouraged?
Emboldened?
Invigorated?
What might be the impact on those you lead?
Your congregation?
Lay leaders?
The board?
Your family?
Who might choose to join you in the “all-in life”? How might you and they change the corner of the world God has given you to influence?
What sort of legacy might you leave, before you draw your last breath?
