I have been involved in a coaching relationship with Kirk Kirlin for 18 months. During that time I found Kirk to be consistently committed in assisting me to accomplish my prescribed goals and at the same time being genuinely concerned about my personal well being and growth.
He has a gift for asking straight forward probing questions and always asked permission before digging into “sensitive” areas. At the end of our sessions I constantly left encouraged, challenged, a little more determined, and with greater clarity on difficult issues.
